Is a 2 year old very cute Chihuahua (who looks like Dobby, the house elf from Harry Potter)!
He is good with other dogs and cats, but would do best in a home without children.
He is house trained for the most part, but still needs someone to work with him on his basic training.
He LOVES his people and is a very sweet guy.
