Stewie has left the building! 🤗
We rescued this senior pup from the shelter after he was given up on by his family.
His bad luck turned good once we rescued him. He went into a loving foster home, then met @chrisevans for their shared @buzzfeed interview, and that’s where his forever family saw him and knew he was meant to be a part of their family!
Stewie is as happy and loved as can be!

Our longest (and biggest!) resident, Jack, needs a new foster. People tend to overlook him because of his age and size, but Jack is a sweet boy who deserves a loving foster (or forever) home for his golden years.
Jack is 13.5 years old and 106 lbs. He has some arthritis but walks well on a leash. He needs a home without other animals and should go to a home without children. He is house trained and crate trained.
Please consider giving a deserving senior who is constantly overlooked some love & a cozy place to stay 💕 we will cover all food, supplies and medical costs.

Bruno is an active 3 year old guy who is calm when in the home. He has 3 legs, but doesn’t require any extra or special care. He does not get along with small dogs or cats, but we’re not too sure how he’d do with a bigger dog. He’s super sweet and friendly. He is house trained, too!

Peppy needs an experienced foster! He’s 25 lbs and just 2 years old! He’s house trained and does well with other dogs.
He is an angel 90% of the time, but he does bite when his paws are touched, and when something is done to him that he doesn’t want being done (ex grooming, picking him up, etc).
He needs an experienced foster who can set boundaries for him and be patient. He does get better about the biting over time, but it’s still something you need to be cautious about. No kids for this adorable guy.

FOSTER NEEDED for this happy boy! 🌞 Maxwell is 14 years old and deaf. You’d never believe hes 14 … here he is hiking! He’s a spunky and playful 14 lb boy.
He’s great with all people and house trained. He is very friendly, well behaved, walks well on a leash … he’s basically the perfect house guest. He would do best in a home as the only dog.

He’s a 1.5 year old, 70 lb super handsome Dutch Shepherd. He’s a high energy boy so would do best in an active home with a yard. He gets along with other dogs after proper introductions, and with all people. He does well with kids, though he’s a high energy, playful pup who jumps up on people out of excitement, so small kids may not be best for him.
He’s house trained, crate trained, and rides well in the car.

Sweet Maxine was originally rescued from Tijuana where she was being neglected, along with her littermates. Once they made it to Los Angeles with their rescuers, we were asked to take 2 of the puppies in.
It didn’t take Maxine long once she was in PPR to find her forever home! And some more great news: her sister was adopted by a close friend of Maxine’s adopter, so they still get to see each other! Now that’s a happily ever after!
